RE: A.U.O.C. Regular Meeting – RE-Scheduled for Saturday, February 2nd, 2008 {Rescheduled due to elections being held during the weekend of the 19th, Jan., 08}
Location: Assyrian American Civic Club of Turlock
Time: Registration begins 11:00 am – Meeting to begin promptly at 11:30 am.
Dear Affiliate and Respected Delegates:
I hope that you and your families all enjoyed a wonderful Christmas and have had a great start of the New Year! President, Mr. Beitashour, has called a meeting to discuss the following agenda. Please make arrangements to arrive timely for the registration process so that the meeting may start promptly at 11:30 am.
Please forward copies of the meeting notice to delegates representing your organization and prepare to attend the meeting. You may email me at: WFGvalencia@sbcglobal.net of your attendance status.
Agenda of the Meeting: 1) Opening remarks, moment of prayer and respects for our Assyrian Martyrs. 2) Reading of the last A.U.O.C. meeting Minutes. 3) Review of the current A.U.O.C. Financial Statement and Report. 4) Correspondence of the A.U.O.C. 5) Review of last meeting partial revising of the current Constitution 6) Discussion with Constitution Committee regarding revising of remaining sections/items. 7) Planning of upcoming AUOC State Convention – approval of Chair 8) Old Business 9) New Business
If an updated list of your affiliate’s delegates was not submitted at the last meeting, please be sure to bring a list to the upcoming meeting – SIGNED AND DATED by your affiliate’s President. During the last meeting, most of the delegates have been updated, but I am lacking personal contact information for each. So, please forward this notice to all concerned.
